Mr. William White

Welcome to Robertsdale High School! It’s such an exciting time to be a Golden Bear. My name is William White, and I am thrilled to serve as the Principal at Robertsdale High School. I am beginning my 22nd year as an educator and my 6th year as an administrator. I attended Auburn University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. I later completed my Master’s Degree at Alabama State University in Special Education and my Education Specialist Degree at Lincoln Memorial University in Curriculum and Instruction. I have been married to my loving wife Rhonda for 22 years. I have two beautiful children, Waylon and Sadie Ruth. I believe that my job is to work diligently with our staff to create opportunities for our students to experience success. I look forward to working with all stakeholders within the Robertsdale feeder pattern as we work hard towards improvement in academics, the arts, and athletics. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Robertsdale High School. GO BEARS!
Mr. Mark Glassford

This will be Mr. Glassford’s 33rd year in education. In 1990, he started his career as a special education teacher at Fairfield High School in Fairfield, Illinois. During his tenure, he also coached football, basketball, and track. In 1994, he was appointed Assistant Regional Superintendent to the Regional Office of Education. There his responsibilities included teacher certification and school safety for the eight county region.
In 1996, he moved to Silverhill, Alabama, with his wife Connie. Mr. Glassford was hired at Robertsdale High School to teach special education and serve as the head coach of the girls basketball team. Mr. Glassford also served as the head girls track coach and freshman football coach. In 2002, he started his administrative career in Baldwin County at Central Baldwin Middle School (4 years). Mr. Glassford also served as an administrator at Gulf Shores High School (13 years) and Elberta High School (3 years).
Mr. Glassford finally had the opportunity to come back to RHS as an assistant principal this school year. Mark has been married 31 years to his wife Connie. He has three children; Lily, Samuel, and Noah.
Coach Glassford is excited to be back at Robertsdale High School. Go Bears !!
Mr. Ruben Risco

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Mobile. I later earned my Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from the University of South Alabama and my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida.
Previously in Mobile County, I moved to Baldwin County during the 2020/21 school year, teaching at Foley Middle School, then at Daphne High. I was a Social Studies teacher and Head Soccer Coach for all my years.
I am married to Erin Risco. We love to travel, go to the beach, and just being active outdoors. I look forward to connecting with students, faculty, staff, and all the Robertsdale HS stakeholders to continue fostering a positive environment for success.
Mrs. Roma Kerby
Mrs. Kerby began her career in education in 2014 in Louisiana, after serving in the US Navy. In 2017, Mrs. Kerby moved to RHS as a math teacher, and later served as the math department chair. She then moved into the Curriculum Leader role at the same school, and currently serves as the Assistant Principal.
Dr. Zack Wigstrom

Assistant Principal & Athletic Director
Dr. Zack Wigstrom proudly serves as one of the Assistant Principals and Athletic Director at Robertsdale High School, bringing 26 years of experience in education. A former Special Education teacher for 13 years, he has spent the past 13 years in school administration, with a strong passion for student success and athletic excellence.
Dr. Wigstrom is a proud alumnus of Robertsdale High School, where he met his high school sweetheart and wife, Rachel. Both are graduates of RHS and proud parents of two RHS alumni, Dane and Linden.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama, a Master’s in Special Education from Appalachian State University, and both an Educational Specialist and Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida.
Returning to lead and serve the community that shaped him, Dr. Wigstrom is excited about the future of Robertsdale High School and is committed to building a culture of excellence both in the classroom and on the field.
